The state and county wide median price of homes has increased and things are looking good here in Brevard according to the most recent report from Florida Realtors.
Here are some highlights from the Brevard Single-Family Home Report for Sept 2014 vs Sept. 2013
• Sales rose to 766 from 511, a 49.9 percent increase.
• The median sales price, the point at which half the homes sell for less, half for more, rose to $132,000 from $120,000, a 10 percent increase.
• Pending sales rose to 925 from 616, a 50.2 percent increase.
